We are currently seeking an experienced freelance Barista Trainer to deliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista trainer or professional barista
•Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, machine handling, and hygiene practices
•Ability to teach both beginners and intermediate-level learners
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Passion for coffee and training others
Responsibilities:
•Conduct interactive barista training sessions for individuals or small groups
•Customize training modules based on skill levels
•Ensure trainees understand both theory and practice
•Provide feedback and evaluation to participants
