Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Sales Supervisor to lead and manage our sales team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales within the Qatari market, strong leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of local retail and wholesale distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, motivate, and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product reach and market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key retail, wholesale, and modern trade accounts.
• Ensure proper execution of merchandising and promotional plans in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Train and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit terms.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales in Qatar (mandatory).
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s retail and distribution landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred).
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
