Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments to ensure optimal time management.
Handle all forms of communication—emails, phone calls, and written correspondence—on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
Draft, edit, and prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
Organize and participate in meetings, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Arrange comprehensive travel and accommodation plans for the CEO, both domestic and international.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal staff, clients, board members, and external stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company and executive-level information.
Assist the CEO with strategic initiatives, research, data collection, and ad hoc projects.
Process and manage expense reports, reimbursements, and various executive administrative tasks.
Maintain an efficient and well-organized filing system for documents, records, and reference materials

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion.
 
Professional demeanor and high level of integrity.
