Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and represent our luggage and travel accessories line in the Qatari market. The ideal candidate must have a valid Qatar Driving License and a passion for field sales. You will be responsible for visiting retailers, resellers, and potential corporate clients to promote and expand our brand presence across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily field visits to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients to promote our luggage products
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through market visits, referrals, and networking
• Ensure effective product presentation and branding at client locations
• Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management
• Collect feedback from clients and relay market insights to the management team
• Prepare daily reports on visits, sales, and client interactions

Requirements:
• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (experience in luggage or retail products preferred)
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of the Qatar retail and distribution market is a plus
• Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Transferable visa with NOC preferred
