Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building brands online, growing engagement, and delivering compelling content across various platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities, developing campaigns, analysing performance, and helping us connect meaningfully with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.)
• Execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online community relationships
• Analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends

Requirements:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or influencer marketing is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
