PR & Communications Manager
Reviewing newspaper/magazine articles, coordinating with our PR agency, 
Use all forms of media and communication to build, maintain 
Designing social media graphics and postings for Eid and special events/occasions, planning, and delivering social media campaigns as well as other marketing activities.
Creating social media posting schedule and ensuring to highlight  stakeholders including volunteers, schools and sponsors/partners.
Coordinating media inquiries and arranging for radio/TV interviews and reviewing
Newspaper/magazine articles prepared by PR agency before released.
Managing regular posts and responding to social media followers and potential volunteers.
 Regularly upload videos and photos.
Brand Management and Graphic Design
 Qatar and Junior Achievement brand guidelines.
 specific messaging and brand procedures including those for Schools, Sponsors and other partners.
Designing and developing collateral materials with brand fidelity using software and Apps such as Canva and Adobe.
Administrative Support
Manage some admin related tasks with the support of Operations Director.
Support Operations Director in proposal write-up, donors' reports.
General administration of the office and its upkeep
