Job Title: Artificial Plant Organiser / Artificial Foliage Arranger (Artistic Touch)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Artificial Plant Organiser or Foliage Arranger with a strong artistic flair to design, style, and maintain artificial plant displays for homes, offices, retail spaces, and events. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and background in plants’ names, an eye for aesthetics, a passion for botanical design, and the ability to transform spaces using lifelike artificial greenery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Arrangement:
•Create visually appealing artificial plant arrangements (trees, flowers, vines, succulents, etc.) for residential, commercial, and event spaces.
•Style and arrange artificial foliage to mimic natural growth patterns while enhancing interior aesthetics.
•Work with various materials (silk, plastic, preserved botanicals) to achieve realistic and artistic compositions.
•Customize designs based on client preferences, themes, or brand guidelines.
Space Enhancement & Styling:
•Collaborate with interior designers, event planners, or retail merchandisers to integrate artificial plants into décor schemes.
•Assess spaces to recommend optimal plant placements for balance, focal points, and visual harmony.
•Refresh and rotate displays seasonally or for special promotions/events.
Maintenance & Quality Control:
•Dust, clean, and maintain artificial plants to ensure they remain vibrant and dust-free.
•Repair or adjust foliage to restore its lifelike appearance (e.g., reshaping leaves, reinforcing stems).
•Monitor inventory levels and suggest new product additions based on trends.
Client & Team Collaboration:
•Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
•Work with vendors to source high-quality artificial plants and decorative elements (pots, planters, moss).
•Assist in photoshoots or visual merchandising setups for marketing purposes.
 
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift and move medium-sized plant displays (up to 30 lbs).
•Comfortable working on ladders or step stools for high placements.

Qualifications & Skills:
•Experience: Previous work in floral design, interior styling, visual merchandising, or event décor (experience with artificial plants is a plus).
•Artistic Skills: Strong sense of composition, color theory, and spatial design.
•Technical Skills:
oKnowledge of different artificial plant materials and styling techniques.
oAbility to use basic tools (wire cutters, glue guns, foam blocks) for arranging.
•
Soft Skills:
oCreativity and an eye for detail.
oStrong communication and client-facing skills.
oAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Background in interior design, floristry, or horticulture.
•Familiarity with current trends in home décor and biophilic design.
•Portfolio showcasing previous artificial plant arrangements.
