We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Project Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
• Promote and sell real estate projects (residential/commercial).
• Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.
• Manage leads and actively follow up to convert them into sales.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales contracts and related documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to effectively position our properties.

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (Required).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for real estate.
