**Position Overview**



This is a full-time, on-site role for a **Sales Specialist** located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, conducting product training sessions, and overseeing sales operations to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**



- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service.

- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

- Conduct product training sessions for clients to ensure optimal use of equipment.

- Manage and oversee sales operations, including order processing and follow-ups.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

**Qualifications**



- Proven experience in **sales and sales management**, with a track record of achieving targets.

- Exceptional **communication and customer service skills**.

- Strong **interpersonal skills** with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct **training sessions** and educate clients on product offerings.

- In-depth knowledge of **kitchen equipment** and the **hospitality industry**.

- Prior experience in a similar role within the equipment distribution or hospitality sector.

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, Marketing, or a related field.
