The Sales Executive for Manpower and Recruitment will be responsible for promoting and selling recruitment services to potential clients. This role involves identifying client needs, generating leads, establishing partnerships, and closing deals to provide workforce solutions. The executive will also manage key accounts, develop long-term relationships, and help clients find the right candidates for their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:*
- *Client Acquisition and Business Development:*
  - Identify and target potential clients in various industries requiring staffing solutions.
  - Conduct market research to find new opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  - Present recruitment services to businesses and negotiate terms of service.
  
- *Client Relationship Management:*
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  - Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues.
- *Sales and Revenue Generation:*
  - Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and closing new business deals.
  - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to finalizing contracts.
  - Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- *Market Knowledge and Strategy:*
  - Stay updated on market trends, client needs, and competitors.
  - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and sectors for growth.
  - Develop sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.
