Leading MEP Contractor in Qatar required the following;

MEP Project Manager

BTech/BE/BSc Degree(Electrical/Mechanical) Qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 15 yrs. MEP construction experience with the following skills. Should have experience in managing multiple projects and large project teams, possess a sound record in project delivery with excellent cash flow & cost control management, resource planning, procurement management, safety and quality control management. Lead and monitor negotiations with clients & consultants. Provide direction to site teams, subcontractors and other involved parties and ensure that quality standards are being met and project delivery on time within the budget. Experience in commercial & contractual review and control is a must, Adhere to legal regulations & safety procedures. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies and other disruptions. Prepare and present work progress and other management reports to the Senior Management.

Deputy Estimating Manager (MEP) -Building Services

BSc Degree Qualified Mechanical Estimators with min 12 years experience in MEP Constructions and Proficiency in CCS estimating systems, Microsoft Office / Project etc. This is a key role in contributing to securing a wide variety of major MEP building services opportunities and refurbishment works throughout Qatar. You will specifically be responsible for: Providing mentoring, training, support to aid development of existing estimating team members. Attending Senior Management meetings and liaising with 3rd party stakeholders. Coordinating and management of multiple estimates simultaneously as well as review responsibility for multiple estimates and/or large value. Review and manage the complete estimating process from initial receipt to submission in line with the Company policy and procedures. Attending Senior Management meetings and liaising with 3rd party stakeholders.

Candidates for both positions should possess high-end administrative, communication, and negotiation skills. Smart and professional appearance. Good command of the written and spoken English language.
