Description

Major Construction Company in Qatar need to fill the Following Functions:

Certified Site Nurse

Architectural Draftsmen: with experience in construction of high rise buildings

Structural Draftsman:

experience in construction of high-rise buildings.

Secretary for HOCD

Senior Architect :

Coordinate all Architectural, Structural, MEP and other services tender drawings with IFC drawings.

Revised projects material submittals to comply with project specification and submit for consultant approval.

Prepared all procurement packages to proceed accordingly. Revise and coordinate all Structural and MEP sub-contractor

shop drawing submissions for consultant approval.

Finalize all Architectural shop drawings submission for consultant approval in accordance to be coordinated with Structural and MEP shop drawings.

Finalize all required surveying drawings.

Coordinate all Architectural, Structural, MEP works at site if any discrepancies found according to site condition.

Attend site coordination meeting with projects consultant team, contractor, sub-contractor and other discipline involve in the projects.

Finalize mock up shop drawing to achieve ID design / specification in accordance with client/operator requirements.

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

Discuss with client (if any) additional work required to be added in project in- accordance to with all related item.

Revise and submit all projects as built drawings for consultant approval.

Revise and submit all projects handing over document for each QATAR authorized department approval.
