Description

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, compliant with regulations, and operate efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Fleet Maintenance & Repairs
Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure fleet readiness and safety.
Fleet Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, including usage, condition, and maintenance history.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all vehicles comply with licensing, insurance, registration, and safety regulations. Maintain required documentation for each vehicle.
Fuel Management
Monitor fuel usage, costs, and implement strategies for reducing fuel consumption.
Driver Coordination
Coordinate vehicle assignments, provide training to drivers, and ensure safe and efficient vehicle use.
