Hiring for IT Support Technician for Restaurant Group

•Point of Sale Systems: Prior experience with restaurant point of sale systems.
•Technical Troubleshooting: Experience in resolving issues with restaurant or retail point of sale systems.
•Delivery Platform Management: Experience in managing restaurant delivery platforms, including menu uploads.
•Networking Skills: Basic knowledge of networking, including switches, cabling, and crimping.
•WiFi Connectivity: Understanding of basic WiFi connectivity and troubleshooting.
•Hardware Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PC hardware issues.
•Software Management: Experience in setting up and troubleshooting various software applications.
•iOS Device Handling: Skilled in managing and troubleshooting iOS devices.
•Technical Support: Ability to respond to and resolve technical problems for office and restaurant staff.
•Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT processes and solutions.
•Equipment Setup: Setup, configure, and troubleshoot equipment and technology as needed.
•Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
