Kanto design is recruiting the following position immediately:

Project Manager- Fit-Out (10+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Management:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets by allocating resources effectively and monitoring progress throughout the project timeline.

2. Team Leadership:

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Also to maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers.

3. Quality Assurance:

Ensure all work complies with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations by conducting regular site inspections and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.

4. Financial Oversight:

Monitor project costs and control expenses to avoid budget overruns by approving invoices, managing procurement processes, and negotiating contracts as needed.

5. Reporting:

Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, risks, and key milestones, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in managing fit-out projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.

Education: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and familiarity with CAD tools.
