Sales Executive - Car Painting and Customization Shop

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our car painting and customization shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting the services of car painting, detailing, and customization to potential and existing clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for automotive aesthetics, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Actively seek new customers and generate leads for car painting and customization services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their specific needs.
- Conduct in-person and remote consultations to understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations for services.

2. Product and Service Promotion:
- Promote the shop’s car painting, detailing, and customization services to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and value.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive customization industry to offer customers the most innovative solutions.

3. Sales and Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-up, and closing strategies.
- Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates based on customer needs and service packages.

4. Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers to finalize deals while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare contracts and service agreements for customers as required.

5. Customer Support & Satisfaction:
- Address customer concerns and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the shop’s operations and technical team to ensure customer expectations are met and services are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with the shop’s inventory and procurement departments for necessary materials and tools for customization projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry (painting, detailing, or customization experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of car painting, detailing, and customization services is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage a customer portfolio.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Basic understanding of automotive aesthetics, including the types of paints, finishes, and customization options available.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (optional, based on location and work requirements).
