We require HR Executive (Female) preferable Filipino, with pleasant personality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training, orientation and resources
• Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases and reporting obligations
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes.
• Payroll processing and Administrative tasks
• Reporting and Assisting to CEO
Skills & Competencies:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
