·       Assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.
·       Creating and maintaining customer files and reports.
·       Consulting with customers to understand their needs and presenting solutions.
·       Responding to customer inquiries and providing quotes on time.
·       Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
·       Coordinating and preparing sales proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents.
·       Monitoring sales performance and preparing sales reports.
·       Maintaining inventory of sales materials and ensuring their availability.
·       Ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively
