The General Showroom Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the shop's operations, including leading and supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, managing financials, and adhering to health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to achieving business goals.
