We are looking for Sales Representative.

Salary : 6,000 QAR + Commission

- Sales Representative is expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- The Sales Representative role is to act as a representative for clients of Qatar Sotheby’s International Realty and negotiate the successful sales & rentals of properties, advise property owners on market conditions, and strive to fulfil their sales targets set out for them.
- Generate and follow up with leads, new property acquisition, rental listings, business development and leads to sales conversion
- Provide Consultations
- Client viewings
- Ability to handle negotiations and contract-to-close activities.
- Must have own existing network and contacts of landlords, buyers, and all types of property investors Globally and within the State of Qatar
- Responsible for working in a target driven sales environment.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Set goals and strives to achieve them with enthusiasm and determination.
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with listing and selling property within the State of Qatar
- Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate information regarding properties.
- Attend to sales enquiries and meetings professionally and maintain a high standard of service.
- Participate in networking events, road shows, and property events to acquire more potential business.
- Source potential clients and establish a good work relationship.
- Regular Sales report and update to GM.
- Proven real estate experience with a track record of forming partnership and relationship across high-net-worth client.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales
- Real estate market research and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office, Calendar, Email marketing and CRM
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant required experience
- Valid driving license (preferably)
- Valid real estate licensing authority (if applicable)

But should not be older than 35
Should have exceptional English communication
Good and bubbly personality
And shows potential
