Optimize fleet utilization and operational costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
Resolve escalated customer and driver issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Coordinate with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and technology teams, to align operational strategies.
Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Develop and enforce compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and safety protocols.
Contribute to market growth strategies by planning for capacity expansion and enhancing service quality.
