Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive growth within our ELV and ICT services. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV systems and ICT infrastructure, as well as a strong background in sales within the system integration industry.

License/Certification:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the CCTV, SCS, ACS, AV, IP PBX, HAS, BGM, PAS, EVAC, FAS, BMS, PMS, SMATV, IPTV, UPS, CBS, LCS etc.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, business goals, and challenges.
- Manage client expectations and deliver outstanding service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, and sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our ELV and ICT offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Work closely with the project management, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Provide feedback to product teams regarding client needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the ELV and ICT industries.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor’s engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical or related field.
* Experience in sales, preferably within ELV and ICT systems.
*Strong knowledge of ELV systems and ICT solutions.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
