Description

Golden Gates Consulting is seeking an experienced estimator to join our team on-site at our Lusail, Doha office. In this role, you will be responsible for writing repair estimates based on photos submitted by our clients, which include companies from around the world. This is an in-office position, requiring experience in the automotive field and body shop adjusting. Strong observation and comprehension skills, as well as at least a conversational level of English, are essential to effectively evaluate vehicle damage and communicate findings.

To accommodate our clients in the Central Time Zone, the work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM, with rotating half-days on Saturday.

Qualifications:

- Must be authorized to work in Qatar (work visas available for international applicants).
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of collision repair processes, parts, and materials.
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Business Suite.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate virtual repair estimates.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders regarding timelines, cost estimates, and additional work requirements.
- Work closely with other team members, including technicians, managers, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, including parts used, labor hours, and other relevant details.
