Key Responsibilies:
with BIM expertise to review, validate, and coordinate electrical BIM models
• Model Review & Quality Control: Validate BIM models for accuracy, compliance, and design integrity.
• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure seamless integration.
• Standards & Documentation: Maintain BIM standards, prepare detailed review reports, and ensure compliance with codes and electrical regulations.
Requirements:
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; 5+ years in AEC industry, 5+ years with BIM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360; strong understanding of electrical systems and building codes.
