Key Responsibilities:
BIM expertise to review, validate, and coordinate mechanical BIM models
• Model Review & Quality Control: Validate BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes.
• Standards & Documentation: Maintain BIM standards, prepare review reports, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations
 
 
 
 
 
Requirements:
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; 5+ years in AEC industry, 5+ years with BIM.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360; strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing.
