InFocus Computer Training Centre is seeking an IT Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT fundamentals, programming languages, and computer administration. This role requires proficiency in C++, Python, and HTML, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups, helping them build essential IT skills for personal and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Conduct IT training sessions on basic and advanced topics.
Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance to current IT standards.
Provide practical and theoretical instruction in C++, Python, and HTML.
Teach and assist trainees in mastering basic computer administration skills.
Guide students in effectively using Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Excel.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest developments in IT to ensure high-quality training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Basic IT knowledge and foundational skills.
Proficiency in C++, Python, and HTML.
Basic computer administration skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in training or teaching IT courses.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
