Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Supervisors and Managers with a proven track record in luxury hotels to oversee restaurant and kitchen operations. This short-term engagement requires candidates ready to start immediately, with a valid QID and visa. The employer provides full benefits, including food, accommodation, and transportation.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant or kitchen operations, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Train, supervise, and support staff to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control to meet service needs.
Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience within luxury Hotels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.
Proficient in health, safety, and sanitation practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational success.

Salary Range:
Supervisor: QAR 4,500 - QAR 5,000 per month
Manager: QAR 7,500 - QAR 8,000 per month
