KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude combined with specialized knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances and systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment and play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Performing scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
Collaborating with restaurant managers, chefs, and other staff to understand equipment needs and provide technical support.
Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts inventory.
Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards while performing all duties.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician or similar role in a commercial kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other related disciplines.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail..
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
