Process Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production flow and product quality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment and process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Project Management: Lead and participate in projects aimed at enhancing production capabilities and implementing new technologies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, changes, and improvements for compliance and future reference.
Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
