We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of company software, applications, and systems while contributing to continuous improvement. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly review and assess company software, applications, and systems, implementing adjustments to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Design, create, and maintain databases as required to support business operations.
Write and implement code, developing programs across multiple systems within the organization.
Utilize computer-assisted software engineering tools to automate coding and streamline processes.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automated computer systems, ensuring successful deployment from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with software developers to design and implement programs tailored to the organization’s needs.
Leverage ERP systems to manage day-to-day business activities, including accounting, procurement, risk management, and compliance.
 
Previous and proven experience in software development and upgrades, particularly with CRM systems and GSuite/Google Workspace.
Experience in ERP systems for managing core business functions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, software development, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High level of working knowledge in Software Development, Databases and Networking
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for immediate work.
