Job description:
Plan, organize, and supervise the daily transportation operations of a company or organization
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to transportation activities
Ensure compliance with government regulations regarding safety, personnel, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
Monitor and track employee work hours and ensure that vehicles and personnel are properly scheduled
Develop and manage transportation budgets and records
Supervise and train drivers, dispatchers, and other personnel
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and technical issues
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in transportation operations.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in operating motor vehicles to transport passengers or goods.
Plan and assign work schedules and work routes.
Interview and hire personnel for positions.
Train personnel in operations and safety procedures.
Inspect vehicles and issue maintenance and repair orders.
Enforce applicable safety regulations.
Maintain records and prepare reports.
Perform related duties as assigned.

4 + years of Experience in the same field.
Write and Read and Speaks Arabic and English.
