Description

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation, placement, and onboarding for both permanent and temporary roles.
- Source high-quality candidates through recruiting platforms, social media, cold calling, and referrals from employees and clients.
- Create and post job advertisements across various social media channels to maintain a steady pipeline of talent for multiple roles.
- Conduct candidate interviews and present a shortlist of qualified individuals for consideration.
- Regularly update clients on hiring progress, including the number of candidates screened and their status.
- Prepare candidates thoroughly for client interviews to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of past applicants, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to identify upcoming recruitment and placement opportunities.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure continued partnership and satisfaction.
- Extend offers to selected candidates, ensure prompt processing of written offers, and follow established protocols to finalize the recruitment process.
