Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with specialized knowledge in ERP systems and restaurant point of sales (POS) software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling technology solutions, with a focus on ERP and POS systems, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the ERP and restaurant POS software markets.
•Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, including restaurants, franchises, and hospitality businesses, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
•Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of ERP systems and restaurant POS software, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
•Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate the ERP and POS software solutions to clients, highlighting how these technologies can streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
•Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
•Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
•Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required to close deals.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client requirements are met and to contribute to product improvements.
•Reporting: Regularly update CRM systems and provide detailed sales reports to management, including forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
•Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in ERP systems and restaurant POS software.
•Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems and restaurant POS software, including their applications, advantages, and limitations.
•Education: Intermediate, bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
•Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas, with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and how they apply to business needs.
•Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
•Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with SaaS-based ERP and POS solutions.
•Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry.
•Existing network of contacts within the restaurant or retail sectors.
