Description

Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
➢
Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
➢
Open job cards for repairs with Police Report as a base
➢
Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
➢
Approving the Invoices & enclosing the same with Job Card & a copy to Accounts.
➢
Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete with effective resource utilization mapping up with planned activity.
➢
Arrange to print system Invoice and collect payment from Retail customers for services rendered with approved job card with all details or to submit the job cards for approved credit customers.
➢
Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets quality standards.
➢
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services if any.
➢
Build up Insurance Business Opportunities as one of the key segments of Business & ensure of retaining & adding up more on companies’ customer list with effective services.
➢
Suggest cost effective methods of Improvement with plan of Capex if required.
Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
➢
Efficient Knowledge in the automotive field or equivalent work experience
➢
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs
➢
Basic knowledge of computer programs including word processing and database tools (ERP)
➢
Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly.
➢
Exceptional customer service skills based on experience.
➢
Continuing education and knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of newer vehicles
➢
Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment.
➢
Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customers who may only have basic automotive knowledge.
➢
Ability to Handle Resources to the optimum use with minimum wastages/cost.
➢
Ability to produce effective reportings
➢
Ability to work under pressure
