The Brands Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple ice cream shop locations, ensuring exceptional customer service, consistent product quality, and adherence to brand standards. This role will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Brands Operations Manager will suggest and launch new brands to expand the business.
Branding Skills 1. Brand Strategy Development: Ability to develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with business goals. 2. Market Research: Proficiency in conducting and analyzing market research to understand target audiences and market trends. 3. Brand Positioning: Expertise in positioning the brand to stand out in the marketplace. 4. Creative Direction: Leading the creative process for brand campaigns, including overseeing design, messaging, and media. 5. Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and PPC. 6. Brand Consistency: Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. 7. Customer Insight: Understanding customer needs and behaviors to enhance brand engagement and loyalty. 8. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying the brand message effectively. 9. Public Relations: Managing public relations activities to enhance brand image and handle crisis communications. 10. Analytics: Ability to measure and analyze brand performance using metrics and KPIs.
