About Us:

[We are seeking a passionate and experienced All-Around Chef to join our team, someone who excels in both Italian cuisine and pastry.

**Job Description:**

As our All-Around Chef, you will be responsible for:

- Creating and executing a diverse menu featuring authentic Italian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Mastering the art of Italian pastry, including but not limited to tiramisu, cannoli, and panna cotta.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborating with our culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Managing inventory, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Upholding health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a chef with expertise in Italian cuisine and pastry.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques.
- Ability to create and follow recipes with precision.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Italian cuisine and dessert terminology.
