v  Managing Social Media pages like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube etc.
v  Creating and posting brand contents in social media pages on a schedule basis.
v  Operating and managing the company's Online Sales Portal.
v  Operating and managing 3rd party online sales portals
v  Creating and Maintaining relationship with the 3rd party Online Sales Portals.
v  Planning and implementing Ad campaigns
v  Keeping Online Sales Portals update.
v  Receiving and processing online customer orders
v  Responding to customer queries and providing online customer services.
v  Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in digital marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment.
Digital Marketing Skills:
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy for SEO.
* Pay-per-click (PPC) Advertising: Experience running and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
* Content Marketing: Ability to create engaging and informative content (written, visual) for various marketing channels.
* Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms and crafting effective email campaigns.
* Social Media Marketing: Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with audiences on various platforms.
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing for improving website conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email marketing analytics to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic language would be an added advantage.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
* Creativity and a passion for digital marketing.
* Ability to create content as well as identify and generate creative story / case study ideas
Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC and can join immediately.
