Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor in oil & Gas industry.
 *Auto Cad Experience for preparing Rigging Plans as per client requirements.
 *Decision making Skills relating to Exchangers lifting / Bundle Pulling / pipeline removal as per oil & Gas plant requirements.
 *Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to rigging.
*Leadership skills to guide and motivate rigging teams.
*Ability to coordinate logistics and ensure project timelines are met.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
