American requires part-time live OUT maid / cleaner FEMALE ONLY once or twice a week. Preference to FILIPINA with work hours between 7am and 3 pm for 4 hours on Thursdays, if 2 days a week then days shall be Sundays and Thursdays between these same hours. All other days are off days.   
Work includes cleaning of a 2-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, hallways, master bedroom, and master bathroom – the 2nd bedroom and bathroom are not used.
Kitchen: washing and drying dishes, putting them away after drying, cleaning utensils, cleaning counters, cleaning inside and outside of microwave, and other house cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, windows, wiping cabinet doors and handles, taking trash out and replacing bags in trash receptacles).
Living room: sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, mirror, balcony doors, and sweeping small balcony, taking trash out and replacing bags in trash receptacles and clearing table. No paperwork is to be discarded. 
Master bathroom: Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, mirrors and shower glass, taking trash out and replacing bags in trash receptacles. Cleaning and organizing countertops and organizers. Organizing shelving units.
Master bedroom: cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass windows and mirrors, taking trash out and replacing bags in trash receptacles. Cleaning and organizing dresser tops and vanity. Putting clothes on hangers and hanging them up in appropriate place. Dresses with dresses, Shirts with shirts, pants with pants, etc. This means that the trusted individual will need to familiarize herself with the contents of each drawer and shelf. Bed linen is changed out by employer, maid may be requested to schedule blankets and comforters for laundry service thru apartment laundry service. 
Laundry is only the items listed above. No washing or ironing is requested. Only assistance in putting clothes in the appropriate place after drying is requested or scheduling pickup and drop off service with apartment laundry service. 
Salary is fixed by number of days worked per month and non-negotiable at 100 QAR per cleaning session. 
Experience of 1-2 years required of house cleaning. I am looking for a long-term partner in taking care of my residence. I will meet and trial interested / qualified candidates before offering the position to the final selected candidate. The trial test will be an assessment of maid’s ability to follow these instructions and will be paid at 100-150 QAR for the trial period. The employer will supply all cleaning equipment and supplies.
