A LEADING BUSINESS GROUP IN QATAR URGENTLY REQUIRES:

IT DIVISIONAL MANAGER

This position is for Information Technology (IT) leadership focusing on IT business and IT Services Management. which will play a crucial role inalligning technology to the business and deriving value in day-to-day operations. The position demands technical proficiency, management skills, business and strategic thinking to ensure the digital readiness of the organization and provide support services for the active IT infrastructure along with training users on the new or upgraded technologies.

We, endeavours to foray into the field of IT in the State of Qatar. In this connection, it has partnered with a leading IT firm in the field of providing business outsourcing solutions. The Head of IT Division is expected to further diversify into new areas with new / existing partners. In addition, the role involves leading a team of 7-10 members, who are specialized in the various aspects of IT services ranging from IT Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Business Applications (ERP), Content Management Systems, Network and Security Systems, Governance and Policies. The position should be capable of leading the team through the constantly evolving IT landscape while catering the demand of a user base of around 500 employees, who consume IT services in their day-to-day work.

The position will need the acumen to hand IT sales and business development responsibilities as well as other related essential services determined by management.

Qualification and experience

15+ years of leadership experience in the field of IT Operations and Services Management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields from an institute of repute.

IT service management sertifications-ITIL Foundation/Intermediate.

IT project management certifications or equivalent.

Any other relevant certifications in IT / Business.
