Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Gymnastics Coach. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and have a strong background in gymnastics. You will be responsible for coaching children of various ages and skill levels, helping them develop their gymnastic abilities in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the age and skill level of each group.
- Teach fundamental and advanced gymnastics skills, including but not limited to tumbling, apparatus work, balance, and flexibility.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing all safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized gym space.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help children improve their skills and build confidence.
- Organize and lead gymnastics classes, practice sessions, and potentially assist with competitions or exhibitions.
- Monitor the progress of each child and adjust instruction methods to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest gymnastics techniques and coaching methodologies.
 
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a gymnastics coach, preferably with children. Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety standards. Certification in gymnastics coaching is preferred.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young gymnasts.
- Experience teaching children's gymnastics groups and working with children of various ages and skill levels.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Team-oriented and values collaboration.
- Strong communication skills. Friendly and positive demeanor.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
