Sales Manager (Insurance Experienced Only)
We’re looking for an Insurance Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets. The Insurance Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance to sales agents. The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team of sales agents and achieving sales targets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.. Insurance Sales Manager Duties: • Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and processes to maximize the organization’s profit potential • Promote the organization’s products and services to new and current clients • Ensure all clients are satisfied and that the quality of the services they provide meet or exceed customer expectations • Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs, resolve client complaints and issues, develop new business, and to provide value • Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyze opportunities, and promote sales growth • Guiding the company’s sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues • Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions • Handle internal and client inquiries and complaints • Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets • Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a portfolio of small commercial accounts • Work closely with brokers to manage pricing and coverage • Make sales and account presentations to large and small businesses • Conduct industry research and trends analysis • Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans. Requirements And Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or  proven experience in a Insurance sales management role • 1-2+ years proven experience with managing a book of business • Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets • Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers • Understands business challenges
