Job Description: Nail Artist and Beautician
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Nail Artist and Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in providing a wide range of nail and beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, and various beauty therapies. As a Nail Artist and Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them enhance their natural beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
Nail Services:
1.       Perform manicures and pedicures, including trimming, shaping, and polishing nails.
2.       Apply gel, acrylic, or other nail extensions according to client preferences.
3.       Provide nail art and creative designs tailored to clients' requests.
4.       Offer nail care advice and recommend suitable products for maintaining healthy nails.
Beauty Therapies:
1.       Conduct beauty treatments, such as facials, face massages, and hair removal.
2.       Analyze clients' skin and recommend appropriate skincare routines.
3.       Administer relaxing and rejuvenating facial massages to clients.
4.       Perform waxing specially having a great knowledge on rica wax, halawa and strip waxing and threading services for hair removal.
Client Consultation:
1.       Consult with clients to understand their beauty preferences and concerns.
2.       Recommend suitable nail and beauty treatments based on individual needs.
3.       Address client queries and ensure their comfort throughout the service.
Hygiene and Sanitation:
1.       Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilization of tools and equipment.
2.       Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure client safety.
3.       Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing services.
Product Knowledge:
1.       Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in nail art and beauty therapy.
2.       Familiarize yourself with various nail and beauty products to offer expert recommendations to clients.
Sales and Customer Service:
1.       Promote and upsell additional services and beauty products to clients.
2.       Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.        Proven experience as a Nail Artist and Beautician with a portfolio of completed nail and beauty services.
2.        Certification in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or relevant field is preferred.
3.        In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques, nail extensions, and nail art designs.
4.        Familiarity with various beauty therapies, including facials, massages, and hair removal.
5.        Strong attention to detail and artistic flair for creative nail designs.
6.        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
7.        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
8.        Demonstrated passion for beauty and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends.
