Are you a highly organized and efficient administrative professional looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and experienced secretary to join our team! As a secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, handling daily tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
 
 
 
Responsibilities:
·          Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and taking messages
·          Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
·          Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
·          Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
·          Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
·          Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters
 
Requirements:
·          2+ years of experience in an administrative role
·          High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
·          Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite
·          Excellent communication and organizational skills
·          Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·          Strong attention to detail and accuracy
·          Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion  
Preferred Qualifications:
·          Experience in a fast-paced office environment
·          Knowledge of administrative software and systems
·          Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
·          With pleasing personality
