*Position: Instrument Technician*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.

*Qualifications:*
- Degree or certification in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instrument calibration, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the daily operations of the instrumentation department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of instrument technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to support project execution and achieve organizational goals.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in instrumentation maintenance and supervision, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
