Florist Job Description:
1. Ensuring that flowers are properly watered and stored on clean bucket and area to prevent damages.
2. Ensuring that flowers cutted the stems and keep separatly with other flowers.
3. Selecting flowers and arranging with decorative items to create standard and customized as per customers request or order.
4. Serving customers with a polite manners advising proper care of their flowers to have long life.
5. Maintaining an adequate supply of flowers, greenery and decorative items like foam, ribbons, tapes, flower accessories etc.
6. Ordering flowers required for the store chiller or shop display.
7. Maintaining an accurate records of arrangement orders, request or deliveries.
8. Consulting with customers to determine ther preferences and specification if in case not available their types of flowers before doing the flower arrangement to avoid cancelation of orders.
9. Ensure that count of flower arrangement as per customers order.
10. Maintain cleanliness and tidy of tools and uniform.
Requirements:
* Employment Certificate and proven that good/professional florist.
* Knowledge of different types, arrangement of flowers.
* Excellent organization skills.
* Effective and good communication skills.
* Artistic and Creative.
* Detail-oriented.
