We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Spare Parts Salesman to join our team. As an Automotive Spare Parts Salesman, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right spare parts for their vehicles, providing product information and recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
 
1. Greet customers and inquire about their automotive spare parts needs.
2. Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles based on make, model, and year.
3. Provide detailed information about spare parts, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
4. Recommend additional products or accessories that complement customers' purchases.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that spare parts are properly displayed and easy to access.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
9. Stay up-to-date on new automotive technologies and trends to better assist customers.
10. Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
