Description

Responsibilities:
·        Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
·        Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
·        Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by effectively presenting products and services.
·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
·        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
·        Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to B2B customers.
·        Understand contract/ agreements feasibility and negotiate terms as per the business norms.
Requirements:
·        Proven track record of success as sales executives/ supervisors in distribution industry only need to apply. Should have hands-on experience in servicing/ supplying products to hypermarkets and similar retailers. Candidates without outdoor distribution experience will not be considered for this position.
·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
·        Understand and implement Merchandising, promotion plans as per brands guidelines.
·        Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence.
·        Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
·        Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
·        Valid driver's license and Car.
