Description

- Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Location:- Doha / Raslaffan

Duration : 1-3 Months

-Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct re-measurement contract experience in piping, mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation works.
-Assist in finalizing subcontract and service agreements.
-Verify subcontractor's interim and final payments.
-Perform cost control as per site requirements.
-Coordinate with site teams and prepare reports for productivity measures during the construction phase of the project.
-Prepare variations or change orders as necessary.
-Support in the preparation of cost forecast reports and cash flow reports.
-Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of experience in EPC projects in the oil and gas industry.
-Experience with SAP.
-Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
