Description

•Collaborate with ICA/ELV engineers and other team members to develop detailed design plans for BMS, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm System, PAGA System, Telecom, Intercom Systems and Instrumentation, Control & Automation works using Autodesk Revit 2020 or latest version.
•Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models for each of the above systems, incorporating the related devices, control panels, network cabinets, and related components.
•Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP team to ensure proper integration and coordination of all system elements within the overall building model.
•Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation to effectively communicate design intent to internal teams, clients, and contractors.
•Contribute to the ELV & ICA design efforts, specifying the devices and ensuring appropriate coverage for different building spaces.
•Design control room layouts including panel layouts, operator workstations and large screen monitors, as required.
•Participate actively in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, fostering collaboration and coordination among various project stakeholders.
•Manage and update Revit models throughout the design and construction phases, incorporating revisions and changes as required.
•Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of the electrical models and associated documentation.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Electrical/ELV/ICA Revit Modeler or similar role is preferred.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial projects is advantageous.
